On the slopes of Cape Town's iconic Table Mountain, where the rocky slopes meet the Atlantic, Cape Mesa is a hand-picked collection of exceptional privately owned homes, brought together under one standard of care.

The Table Mountain Massif is the mountain formation that defines Cape Town's skyline — Table Mountain itself, Lion's Head and the Twelve Apostles. Together they rise roughly 1 000 metres above the city, visible from both the Atlantic Ocean and City Bowl sides. Our name — Cape Mesa — is drawn from the mesa shape of Table Mountain's flat summit and the tablecloth cloud that spills over its edge.

In and around the slopes of this mountain, each of our homes have been carefully prepared and managed by the same team, guided by the same principles, held to the same promise. Guests never need to wonder whether this stay or residence will be as good as the last — they already know.

These are homes in the truest sense. They have been lived in and curated over time, each with its own character and view.
