Timber floors, natural stone and contemporary art run through the house. The lounges and dining room give a group room to gather, and the pool, garden and covered terrace are where the days go. The apartment gives family or friends travelling together their own space.

Getting around
The home is well placed for Camps Bay’s beach, promenade, cafés and restaurants, with Cape Town’s city centre within easy reach. Secure garage and driveway parking are available. Cape Town International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.
Good to know
The home is arranged across several levels and includes stairs. It does not offer step-free access. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00, smoking is permitted outdoors only, and pets and parties are not permitted. Exterior security cameras are present on the property.
